A Women's Probus Club of Saugeen Shores and area is in the early stages of being formulated.

The inaugural meeting will be held at the Bruce County Museum on May 26, 2009 at 9:30 a.m..

Many retired women have been showing great interest in this organization throughout Ontario. Kitchener now has approximately seven clubs as does Collingwood.

In addition to having a guest speaker each month the organization also has many other interest groups. Not a service club, per say, the Probus Club's concept is to have a place to meet, develop acquaintances and participate. If you would like to join such a group, and/or help in its planning, please call Jean Goldsworthy at 519 797 5076.
