Volunteers Needed at the Bruce County Museum & Cultural  Centre

Hi Everyone,

I hope those of you who attended Volunteer Appreciation Night had a good time!  I really enjoyed the music of On Q and more importantly I really enjoyed meeting the volunteers that I had not had the opportunity to meet previously.  It was a fun evening and I am attaching a few of the pictures from the event to prove it!

As indicated in previous communications, we are having our first Volunteer Orientation & Tour on Tuesday June 3rd at 10:15 am for both new & existing volunteers. We hope you will come to see what's happening at the museum and enjoy some coffee and Timbits while you meet fellow volunteers!

Speaking of volunteering - an updated listing of volunteer opportunities is included below. If you are interested in helping out with any one of these events, please let me know by return e-mail or by calling me and leaving a message on my voice-mail if I'm not there.

Hope you will take note that it's Lobster Picnic time again!  We hope you can volunteer for one of the shifts or can help out with set-up and/or clean-up.  You might even consider buying tickets and attending one of the sittings yourself - there's good food, Lake Huron vistas and great company!

Talk to you soon!
