Toss out that old keyboard? |

Many people are purchasing their next computer and it's a laptop. They get a bit disappointed with the keyboard. True you can move all over the place with your laptop and you should, but then again, you are often perched at your desk with your printer nearby and you now use a new keyboard, but you like y our old. If your old keyboard has a USB connector on the end of it, just plug it in to your laptop, but if it is an older style keyboard, then you may have a PS-2 connector on the cord of the keyboard and it may or may not have a place for it to plug into your laptop. 11/03/2009 12:40 PM |
Keep in mind you can get a conversion connector at your local computer store. CORA carries lots of 'widget's to help you. A PS-2 to USB converter is under $15 and that will allow you to use your old keyboard which may be better for you than the new laptop. Give it a thought.
