The Municipality of Kincardine is in the process of finalizing its Community Centre Needs & Feasibility Study. Specifically, the study examines the types of indoor recreation and leisure facilities that are required to meet the needs of current and future residents, and address such needs particularly through revitalizing existing municipal leisure facilities (such as the Davidson Centre, the Tiverton Sports Centre, etc.).

Prior to the finalization of the study, a public meeting has been scheduled for May 27, at 7 p.m. at the Davidson Centre in Kincardine. The purpose of this meeting is to solicit any public comments pertaining to the study’s needs assessment for consideration of municipal staff and the Project Consultants. The Consultants will provide a brief presentation on the findings collected to date, as well as proposed directions, which will be followed by a question and answer period.
