Congratulations to Corey and Ashley Brown who were married on Saturday. Corey is the son of Ken and Kelly Brown of Tiverton and Lynn McDonald of Inverhuron. Ashley is the daughter of Tracey and Angie Button of Southampton. Corey and Ashley reside in the village. Best wishes for the future! The Tiverton Library is holding a "Book Sale" throughout the month of August. Come in and browse. We will be starting our children's program again in September. The Tiverton Park Manor Ladies Auxiliary held a raffle and the draw was made at the opening of the new addition. The winners of the draw were: 1st Prize - Queen Size Quilt - Diane Petter; 2nd Prize - $75 Gift Certificate to Governor's Inn - Chad Woods; and 3rd Prize - Gift Basket - Karen Ballock.
Tiverton and District Lions Walk of Memories dedication will be held
Sunday, Aug. 16, at 2 p.m. with cake and refreshments to follow at
the Lions Hall.
