Wang [18], will be attending Saugeen District Secondary School (SDSS) in grade 11/12 where she is certain to find things are different than her homeland. "Our school day begins at 7:30 a.m.," says Wang, "and we stop at 5:30."

Wang, who wants to be a doctor, is concentrating primarily on maths and sciences. As part of the exchange however, students are also encouraged to take drama and physical education as a way of becoming involved in a broader range of experiences and for meeting more peers.
