Ripley Lions support Lewis Park

Ripley and District Lions member Bob Harris hands a cheque for $9,000 to Mary Rose Walden and Sonya Watson of the Lewis Park Revitalization Committee.

This is the club's second contribution toward a $25,000 pledge over three years. The Lions will be selling 400 elimination draw tickets at $20 each again this year to meet their commitment, with the draw to be held in July, 2010, at their annual Beef Barbecue. Tickets are available from any Lions Club member.
