Bette MacLeod was happy to meet with her dear friend Evelyn Smith
of Vineland recently. Evelyn’s daughter, Alaire Ballint of
Smithville, took her to the Kings Café in Stoney Creek. Freda Owen,
friend of Alaire’s and Bette’s of London, picked Bette up and went
there also. While they were there, Judy Hawrylyshyn (formerly of the
6th Concession) arranged to meet with them. So they had a wonderful
reunion and the food was endless. |
It seemed like it was a pretty quiet Halloween in our neighbourhood, just lot of wind blowing around. OOOO! Reminder to order your name blades for the 911 signs from Dianne Simpson at 519-395-5362 if you want them before Christmas. Wednesday evening is our WI meeting at the Community Centre. Program is on Mental Health. See you at 7:30 p.m.! Have a good week everyone! |
