Philsak Pays his Fine

Our intrepid adventurer Philsak has recently read the Saugeen Times article on Bag Tag and Trash Fines.  He, being a man of integrity, found out that he was guilty of many of the 17 offenses listed for bag tag and dumping issues.  He realizes that fines won't go into effect until June 1, but he knows he is guilty of past sins. Ever a man of great inner resolve, he is guilty and knows it.

As usual Philsak is waiting for something.  This time it is for the bi-law officer (to be hired) to charge him for his past offenses so he can pay his fine.  You'll note that he has brought some, only some of the Family Philsak fortune to settle his score with the Town.  We caught this shot the other day while we were Out 'n' About.  The Philsak offenses are listed below.
