The faces may be creased and the hair has turned grey, but their
memories are the memories of the young men and women who, when called,
went to war.
On Sunday, November 2nd, they came from across Bruce and Grey Counties
to take part in the Bruce County Museum's tribute to them. They wore

from In Flanders Fields and Danny Boy to Vive La Canadienne and the
Boogie Woogie Bulgle Boy of Company B.
The Museum also presented the 'Veterans Remember' video, a compilation
of interviews with veterans, many of whom were in the audience. As they
watched, it was apparent that their memories were still vivid. Laughter

whose numbers are fading, life may have turned out very differently for
the world.
