Museum Needs Volunteers for The Earth's Climate in the Balance Opening

Hi Everyone,

The Museum is having a gala reception for members and dignitaries Thursday, July 3rd to present a sneak peak of the new Earth's Climate in the Balance exhibit.  We are in need of the following volunteers to support his event:

  • Thursday 2:00 to 4:00 pm - 2 individuals to help set the tables.
  • Thursday 6:45 to 8:00 pm - 2 individuals to greet guests at the main entrance and direct them to the festivities
  • Thursday 6:45 to 10:00 pm - 5 Smart Serve certified individuals to sell bar tickets and serve the bar.
  • Thursday 6:45 to 10:00 pm - 2 individuals to bus food and tidy up through out the evening, i.e. collect glasses, run food and supplies to the bar and bus plates (we are using environmentally conscious dishware).
