The Xi Zeta Gamma chapter of Beta Sigma Phi has put up mitten trees in Fincher's and Sobeys in Kincardine and welcomes donations to help keep Kincardine warm this winter.

Donations could include mitts, hats, scarves, slippers - either handmade or purchased. The items will be collected until the second week of December when they will be gathered up in time to be packed in the Christmas hampers.

Organizers are always amazed at the beautiful items and the great variety. They have already received a bag of mitts, hats and scarves which are hanging from the trees.

The sorority has been setting up the mitten trees for many years. The group has also adopted a family at the Women's House Serving Bruce and Grey this Christmas.
