"Kettle Corn is actually very old," explains Judy.  "It started in the south when they would throw corn into hot pig fat and then sprinkle it with something sweet like molasses or maple syrup and salt.  So you have that sweet yet salty flavour."

"According to our customers", laughs Al, "it's addictive."

Based out of Kincardine, the couple spends the summer months traveling to various events, including the recent opening of Wizardry Wonders at the Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre.  "We are off to Lucknow for the 'Old Boys' reunion and then to Brampton for the Jazz Festival and many others in between."

"Do we eat Kettle Corn?" says Al.  "Absolutely".
