The Kincardine Rotary Club hosted a charity Easter egg hunt Saturday morning in Victoria Park, with hundreds of children joining in the fun as they scooped up the candy-filled eggs from a bed of straw, roped off from the rest of the park.

Open to children, ages one to 11, they were allowed in to find the eggs in age categories: one to five, six to eight, and nine to 11. This is the second annual event, with a raffle held to raise money for the Bruce Children Are Special Fund.

The grand prize was two tickets to a Toronto Maple Leafs Game at the Air Canada Centre, private box sponsored by Steelback Brewery. The winners and the amount raised will be posted at a later date.
