Doctors like area Town Council |

Doctors Kirk Hollohan and Deidre (Dee) Brown, who were recruited by the
Saugeen Shores Recruitment Committee in August last year, have completed
their first year of practice. The two doctors, who practice in the Dr. Earl Health Centre in Port Elgin, took up residence and practice last August on a one-year contract basis. Recently, however, they indicated that they would like to remain in the community. Therefore, at Monday's council meeting, the town approved a 10-year term for the two doctors to continue on in the Centre. "I would hope that our (Council) appreciation is conveyed to the doctors," said Councellor Diane Huber.
