The climate change issue is getting more and more attention. There are still some strong skeptics who object to the CO2 connection.  They have two major arguments:

• CO2 is good for plants and it's a natural part of the earth's fluctuations.
• There is no evidence that CO2 causes temperature increases.

These two arguments are somewhat interrelated.

Recently PBS Television aired a small segment that shows the latest developments in Greenland to discover what the climate was like in the past.  They have been able to go back 120,000 years with a core bore of 1 1/2 miles.

The interesting part of this research is that they are able to capture and do analysis on the atmosphere in times past.  The ice is full of bubbles that have been trapped.  It's a great segment.  Please take a look at it
