Chambettes hold 30th annual Craft Sale at the Plex

Things aren't what they appear to be ... this is a candle

Many took advantage of the opportunity for early Christmas shopping when the Saugeen Shores Chambettes held its 30th Annual Craft Sale at The Plex in Port Elgin on Saturday.

Approximately 40 vendors were on hand to sell a wide variety of Christmas products that ranged from handcrafted knitted children's clothing to wood carvings and candles to jewellery.

Raffles, door prizes and homebaked goods were also offered by the Chambettes with all proceeds raised going toward various community projects.

Their next event will be annual garage sale of gently-used Christmas items at the Boathouse in Southampton - see Event Planner.
