Requires a

Marketing Assistant & an Outreach Assistant (Summer Positions)

for the Bruce County Museum  & Cultural Centre 
 

We are accepting applications for the positions of Marketing & Outreach Assistants at the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre (BCM&CC).  These are summer positions (May-August), partially funded by the Young Canada Works in Heritage Organizations.  The successful candidates will work under the direction of the Marketing and Program Coordinators, assisting with the development and delivery of marketing materials and the planning and execution of special events and programs at the BCM&CC. 

Minimum Requirements:

• Between the ages of 16 and 30
• Enrolled in, or have completed a degree in Marketing, Promotion, Event Management, or Museum Management and Curatorship.   Preference will be given to those returning to school.
• Valid driver's licence
• Experience working with the public
• Superior oral and written communications skills, drama experience is an asset
