Collisions on county roads send occupants to hospital

FAILING TO STOP AT STOP SIGN SENDS 2 TO HOSPITAL

(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On April 24th, 2010 at 2:29 pm, the South Bruce OPP were called to the scene of a 2 vehicle collision at the intersection of County Road 20 and County Road 15, Greenock Township.  71 year old Peter Bunton of Keswick was travelling along County Road 15 when he failed to stop at the intersection with County Road 20.  Bunton has been charged with Disobey Stop Sign – Fail to Stop.  The occupants of the other vehicle, Peter and Karen Malisani of Paisley, were treated at hospital for non life threatening injuries.

SINGLE VEHICLE COLLISION SENDS 1 TO HOSPITAL

(KINCARDINE, ON.) – The South Bruce OPP were called to a vehicle against a hydro pole in the ditch along County Road 20, Bruce Township, on April 25th, 2010 at 9:10 pm.  Joseph Rocke of Kitchener was travelling along County Road 20 when his car left the roadway and he struck a hydro pole.  Rocke was taken to the Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre in Owen Sound for treatment of non life threatening injuries.
