On June 2, 2010, the Town of Saugeen Shores Parks and Trails Committee took a tour of the town's Rail Trail systems.

Here the group meets at the new bridge on the Gore Drain Trail that connects with the Deer Run Trail in MacGregor Provincial Park. 

The opening up of the new Gore Drain portion of the trail will enable visitors to the MacGregor to walk and cycle the trail
