The first Trades League of June was played in beautiful 30 degree weather and saw 40 players brave the heat to compete in a 2 Flight "Skins" game. Garrett Bott made 5 birdies in the 9 hole event, including the only "A" Flight Skin worth $92.50 on the first hole. He also won the Closest to the Pin on hole # 6. The "B" Flight winners were Rob Bruce with an Eagle 3 on the first hole, and the golfer known as "Pockets" with a birdie on 8. Both Rob and "Pockets" won $46.25 for their efforts, prompting the later to change his name to "Deep Pockets". Martin Kramer drained a 25 foot triple breaker on the 7th hole to claim the night's Longest Putt, and Nick House threw a dart to the 8th green to win Closest to the Pin. Gerry Brown took the Longest Drive on the 9th hole after smashing his tee shot 310 yards.
