TEESWATER INCIDENT (KINCARDINE, ON.) – On May 25, 2010 at 12:27 am, the South Bruce OPP were called to an unwanted person at a residence along Concession 2, Culross Township. The suspect was in possession of a weapon, made threats, assaulted the home owner and damaged property, but was gone before police arrived. The South Bruce OPP searched the area with the assistance of the OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit, the OPP Emergency Response Team, the OPP Canine Unit, the South Bruce OPP Crime Unit and the OPP Helicopter. The suspect was located and arrested, without incident, in a bush lot South East of Teeswater, between Concession 2 and Concession 4, Culross Township. 31 year old Vincent Fitzsimmons of Central Huron is charged with Possession of a Weapon, Fail to Comply, Break & Enter, Assault, Assault with a Weapon, Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Careless Use of Firearm, Point Firearm, Mischief, Theft Under and Utter Threats. Fitzsimmons appeared in court on May 26th, 2010 at 2:00 pm for a bail hearing and was released. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on June 14, 2010 to answer to the charges. ATV THEFT – MUNICIPALITY OF SOUTH BRUCE (KINCARDINE, ON.) – The South Bruce OPP are looking for an ATV taken between May 26, 2010 at 9:30 pm and May 27, 2010 at 7:00 am from a residence along the Carrick-Brant Line in the Municipality of South Bruce.
Anyone with information about this ATV is asked to call the South Bruce OPP.

KINCARDINE GOLF COURSE THEFT - Investigation Completed - (KINCARDINE, ON.) – On May 11, 2010 at 7:08 am, the South Bruce OPP were called to a break in at the Kincardine Golf and Country Club. The value of the stolen items was estimated to be $20,000.00. 25 year old Bradley Wilson of Kincardine is charged with Theft over $5,000.00 and Break & Enter. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on June 28th, 2010 to answer to the charges. All of the stolen property has been recovered and returned to the Kincardine Golf and Country Club.
