(L) Ed Buckle, daughter Katelyn & CIBC staffer, Val Armstrong A 'Yard Sale for the Cure' (breast cancer research), co-organized by CIBC and Re-Max Realty, was held at the CIBC parking lot on Saturday.
Realtor, Krista Gill,(R) keeps an eye on things Hundreds of donations of articles were dropped off Thursday and Friday for the sale and, at the end of the day, the net proceeds was $1,237.01. The local Rotary Club also took part and ran the BBQ. In appreciation "We would like to thank Rona and the Town of Saugeen Shores for supply the materials to make the 'tables'. We would also like to send a big thank you to all the residents and visitors who donated items and for those who dropped by to make purchases. Their donation towards this worthwhile cause, to further the research into finding a cure for break cancer, is greatly appreciated.
