Elgin Market holds send-off for Grade 3 students |

Elgin Market Public School hosted a send-off party for its Grade 3 students, on Friday afternoon. The class moves on to Grade 4 at Huron Heights Public School in the fall. Besides promotion certificates, the students received special awards and environmental certificates, and played games, such as "Are You Smarter Than a Third Grader?"
