Local Wedding donates over $8,000 to Hospital

Hardy and Ginny Henry and the Henry family present  donation to the Hospital

Hardy and Ginny (neé Wall) Henry used the occasion of their June 26th wedding to celebrate the life of Hardy’s late mother, Wilma Henry.

The couple's guests were asked to make a donation to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation in lieu of wedding gifts.  As a result, an incredible $8,360 was donated by their family and friends. 

The Hospital Foundation is very appreciative that the Henry(s) designated their wedding gifts to the hospital and a tribute plaque will be placed on the Foundation donor wall in memory of Wilma Henry from all of the donors.

The Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation thanks the generous community for helping to keep healthcare close to home.
