STUNT DRIVING CHARGE IN BROCKTON

(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On July 2nd, 2010 at 7:15 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer was patrolling along Concession 2 East in Brant Township when a silver car was observed approaching at a high rate of speed.  The vehicle was locked travelling at 139 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone.  19 year old Tyson Holliday of Walkerton is charged with Stunt Driving and his vehicle has been impounded for 7 days.  Holliday is scheduled to appear in court on August 17th, 2010 to answer to the charge. 

LIQUOR CHARGE IN KINCARDINE

(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On July 2nd, 2010 at 2:20 am, a South Bruce OPP officer was on patrol in the town of Kincardine when a male was observed walking along the Queen Street sidewalk with open liquor.  23 year old David MacLachlan of Sarnia is charged with Having liquor in open container in other than licensed premises, residence or private place.
