This summer, the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre will be offering specialized programming at MacGregor Point Provincial Park, in Port Elgin on two occasions.

On Saturday, August 21st, join us for “A Day in the Life of a Pioneer” from 10am to 11am*

Come and explore life as a pioneer by handling real pioneer artifacts and discovering their purpose. After we identify all the artifacts we will make a doll that pioneer children would have made, which you can take home with you.

On Saturday, August 28th, join us for “The Past & Present” from 1pm to 2pm*

Come test your knowledge of Bruce County, try and match the photographs of the past to the current photographs. Then create an ancient sea monster from the past.

*A MacGregor Point Provincial Park Day Pass is required to take part in either activity.
