I would like to comment on your article of this by-law that was passed by city council.

We have been going to Southampton for many years and we still look for places to go by using the signs on the side of the roads.

This summer we went to the Bruce Museum but would probably never have done that if we hadn't seen the sign advertising the Sea Monsters exhibit. Also the advertisement for the Chantry Island Tour and many other things we did.

Also our stay at The Cedar Court Motel was fantastic so please keep the signs up and keep tourism going in your lovely town.
