Donations from Ontario Power Generation and Enbridge were presented Wednesday to the Kincardine Summer Music Festival. These are just two of the many sponsors that help fund the two-week event which winds up this Saturday. Besides the music camp which draws hundreds of students, the festival also features afternoon and evening concerts. Festival chairman John Schnarr said 40 concerts were presented this year, including the free 4 o'clock shows in Victoria Park, the paid concerts at the Best Western Governor's Inn and Knox Presbyterian Church, the free outreach concerts held at Huron Heights Public School for young people, and the six student concerts. Due to renovations at Kincardine District Secondary School, this year's festival was based out of Huron Heights.
