United Way meets goal for backpacks

The United Way of Bruce Grey would like to express its appreciation and absolute joy at the response to our backpack program drive.

As of August 25^th we have had requests for 2036 backpacks!  With the tremendous support from the community we are going to achieve this lofty goal. Ensuring students have the needed supplies for school, is one key element of poverty prevention.
