Every Friday during the summer, kids have taken part in 'Lego Fridays' made possible by generous support by the society of Energy Professionals Bruce Power Local Community Foundation Fund.
'The Brick Chick', Jenn Wagner holds aloft a 'glass' made of Legos® Hot on the heels of this successful program, taught by “The Brick Chick” – Jenn Wagner, The Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre along with the Society of Energy Professionals is pleased to announce Lego® Saturdays – this September.
Legos® are for every age Once again, the Museum will break out the Legos® to allow kids aged 5 to 15 to make stunning creations which will be put on display at the Museum. This time round, there will be Ice Breaker LEGO activities, group builds, learning about LEGO, and designing and building Grossology related creations - the 2011 summer blockbuster exhibit planned for the Museum. The three-day workshop takes place over the course of three Saturdays in September; the 11th, 18th and 25th from 10am to 12pm. Member cost is $50 for all three days and non-member cost is $55 for all three days. Due to limited space, pre-registration is required. |
