A good crowd turned out for the annual Lightkeepers Corn Roast and Barbecue Saturday afternoon and evening at the Point Clark Lighthouse.

People enjoyed barbecued hamburgers, hot dogs and roasted corn on the cob, as well as a variety of entertainers throughout the event.

There were also numerous antique and unique vehicles to check out at the car show.

Unfortunately, because the lighthouse is closed due to structural problems, people were not allowed tours of the structure. But they were able to browse through the lightkeeper's museum and look at the outside of the imperial lighthouse, a national heritage building.
