Come on out to the Car Show at the Tiverton Park Manor on Aug. 25 from 5:30-7 p.m. Organizers invite everyone with old, fancy, or unusual cars to participate. Caitlyn Brewer, winner of the King’s Pearl Karaoke Vegas trip will be part of the music. There will also be free hot dogs and burgers. Inverhuron celebrated their 25th anniversary over the weekend.

There have been several comments on the lack of responsibility on the part of pet owners picking up after their pets after they have enjoyed running in our Walk of Memories park. Please do not leave behind a mess for someone else to step in or pick up. Let’s keep our village beautiful!

The Tiverton Ladies Ball will be hosting its annual tournament on Sept. 10-12 at the ball diamonds in Tiverton. Anyone interested in putting in a team, please contact Kelly Brown at 519-368-5690 or Kate Smith at 519-368-5347. New this year is the ‘Over 40’ division for those of you who are aged like Kelly Brown. On your roster you can have two exceptions who are under 40; the rest have to be over 40 to qualify.
