Hosted by the Bruce County Plowmen's Association, the event begins at 10 a.m. at the farm of Irwin Slade, northeast of Kincardine on Concession 7. The main focus is the variety of plowing contests. Bruce County residents, along with visitors from other regions are encouraged to compete in various plowing classes: horse, antique, tractor, reversible, junior and 4-H. Competitors may confirm their attendance in advance or register on-site at the plowing match. Other highlights include:
