Ribey is also an active volunteer in several organization, including, Me to We, peer Helpers, Pumpkinfest and Port Elgin's Relay for Life.  Her future goals are leaning toward becoming a nurse or veterinarian.

While Saturday was the official judging day for the many categories such as baking, preserves, quilting and horticulture, Sunday was the  main fair day.

With events for the entire family that ranged from the Education tent to the Ladies' skittle throw, the main attraction was the many horse events that took place throughout the day.
