It is Google's intent to tear into Microsoft's PC dominance by being a one stop shopping company and offering online applications that replace the normal PC operations. This will mean that you will have to be online all the time to do meaningful things and your apps will be running on some remote super-server someplace deep in Google's Server Farm Land. We at the Saugeen/Kincardine Times get a lot of email from Blackberry readers so we know that they use them for more than old style phone operations.
