Southampton Rotary Charity Auction a success

Southampton Rotary Club held its annual Silent Auction and Dinner Saturday night, October 16th at the Chippewa Golf & County Club.

The members raise money for a wide variety of community projects, including support for the local hospital and elementary school.

The 'Binghams' (seated left) and the 'Wakelins' enjoyed the evening

The silent auction items ranged from golf trips and paintings to a one-hour plane flight, with all proceeds going to the Rotary's community projects.

This year's charity auction raised approximately $15,000 that will go toward Rotary's local projects.
