Microsoft's Windows Phone 7 Come on the Market November 8th, 2010 The Samsung Focus is the first smartphone from Samsung powered by Microsoft’s new Windows Phone 7 to be launched in Canada. It will be going on sale shortly at Rogers Wireless outlets across the country. computer to set it up and some of the kids, who track these things are
anxious to buy one. You can access these tiles using your thumb and can also
add such items as an address-book listing, an application or a Web
bookmark. WP7's version of Internet Explorer is not up to the mark and
is not like the IE version of the iPhone and Android browsers. The WP7
however, displays non-Adobe Flash pages quite quickly. Flash

Focus, which is set to release tomorrow or so experts
say, also exhibited weak battery life in steady use, lasting only about
four hours, with radio playing and the screen mostly lit. It is to be
noted that the iPhone 4 and recent Android-powered devices have a
battery life of at least six or seven hours. But the standby battery
life of Focus was better than any Android phone according to those who
