Former Kincardine Air Cadet Bryan Weppler enjoyed his time with the squadron so much that he has made a personal donation to the organization, matched by his employer. Weppler was a member of Typhoon Squadron 183 Royal Canadian Air Cadets for seven years. Prompted by an incentive program in which his employer, McNeil Marine Ltd. of Hamilton, matches donations made by its employees, Weppler donated $200, with an additional $200 being forwarded by the company. "I can't say enough good things about my experience with the Air Cadets in Kincardine during those years," he said.
