All our doctors should agree to work in the Emergency room .

All the Doctors with hospital privileges not just the newly recruited should be required to work a specified number of hours in emergency room. We need all the Doctors to keep the Emergency facility open 24/7!

Certainly beneficial for the community & will also help the new doctors to become quickly acclimatized to their new surroundings & residents.
