Bruce Power reveals annual contribution to United Way

Once again Bruce Power employees have come through in support of the United Way and its many agencies.

On Thursday, December 9th, Bruce Power presented the United Way of Grey-Bruce Counties with $341,827, one hundred thousand dollars more than last year.

The contribution came from a wide variety of fundraisers that included:

• Employee Payroll Deductions         $152,551

• Suppliers Conference                         140,547

• Corporate Donations                             30,000

• Trade Unions                                          15,000

• CN Tower Fundraiser Climb                   2,046

• Backpack - food drive                              1,683
