Snow warnings continue to prevent travel |

All regions to the lea of the Great Lakes continue to be under a snow-squall warning this week.
Hwy. 21 closed from Port Elgin to Grand Bend Widespread road closures along the Lake Huron coast have made it very difficult for travelers who are trying to get home, or to other destinations, for Christmas and school closures for many university and college students have resulted in exam postponements.
Police are asking that anyone who does not have to travel to stay off roads and also remind drivers that to travel on a road that has been barricaded is against the law and can result in a fine, demerit points and also voids vehicle insurance.
