Winterfest is all about outdoor winter activities including the road hockey tournament

Sauble Beach in Bruce County held its annual Winterfest  fun-filled weekend January 20th and 21st.

The weekend featured an opening pancake breakfast presided over by local Member of Parliament (MP) Bill Murdoch, who is fulfilling his final year of duties before retirement.

An outdoor BBQ was held by the Snowmobile Club

The weekend featured activities for the entire family including the annual outdoor 'Diesel Dan Road Hockey Tournament', outdoor BBQ by the Sauble Sno Riders (snowmobile club).

Inside, the community centre provided not only cards for those adults who didn't want to participate in outdoor activities, but also games for young children who wanted to get in out of the cold.
