Our thoughts and prayers go out from the Purple Grove area to all who are not enjoying good health at the present time. Our best to all of you.

Congratulations to all the couples who have recently become engaged. All the best.

Nancy Greenwood of Goderich spent a day and overnight with her parents, June and Earl Elliott of Wingham last week.

A reminder to the ladies of our February Women's Institute meeting Feb. 2 at the home of Ann Collins in Ripley. All ladies are welcome.

We are sorry to hear of the passing of Mary Lou Black Norton of Picton. She was the Home Economist in Bruce County in the 1950s. All 4-Hers of that time will remember her bubbly personality and kindness. Our thoughts are with all who have lost loved ones recently.

Hope you all have a safe and happy week, despite this cold and stormy weather.
