Saturday, January 29th at the Port Elgin Legion in Saugeen Shores was all about chili.

It was the 8th annual fundraiser in memory of Cliff Seaman with all proceeds from the sale of chili lunches and donations going to the Canadian Cancer Society.

There were 17 entries that ranged from mild to hot to super-explosive!  The entries were all entered under a 'blind-test ' numbered system with five 'celebrity' judges deciding on the best.

The judges, Mayor Mike Smith, Police Chief Dan Rivett, local radio personality John Divinski,  emcee Ann Veyvara and Harold Turk of a local news media, sampled each of the entries carefully keeping track of each and filling in a number of required criteria.
