Kincardine council will meet in a special session Tuesday, Feb. 1, beginning at 4 p.m., at the municipal administration centre. This meeting will allow a full discussion of the 2010 budget, in preparation for deliberations on the 2011 budget. The regular council meeting, slated for Wednesday, Feb. 9, has been cancelled, because there are no planning applications to deal with in planning advisory committee nor are there any staff reports. Also, all of council was unable to attend.
