I agree 100% with this writer.  I am a child care provider in the town of Port Elgin and when they first mentioned that there would be no buses provided in town I wondered ... what they were thinking? 

There are a lot of little ones that are not street smart as yet and with the winter conditions I feel that buses should be provided at least from November to April so that with the traffic we get on the main street we will not have a tragedy to make us realize that children need to be protected.
