I have seen this done in other towns and I hope
Saugeen Shores will adapt this as we have many talented wood
carvers.

If anyone wants to see the beauty of carving of deceased trees...just call in at ORANGEVILLE on your way down to the Pearson Airport or Toronto.
Many streets with old trees have had
the cut down and stump left about 8'-10' high and many have been
carved into fascinating designs.....
I always want to make an album of
these when we go down, but maybe when we relocate...

Hi Sandy
A sidenote on chainsaw artist Bobbi
Switzer...did you know she is also an illustrator and created
the art for the Bruce County Counts colouring book?
Great to see her work featured on your site.

The Brucedale Press
