Joanne Sutton, a Certified Human Resources Professional, will be guest speaker at the upcoming, 'Bridges to Better Business' event.

Sutton has over 25 years of experience in the field, in both the private and public sector.  Although a generalist, she has worked primarily in the areas of recruitment, pay equity, employee relations and training and development.

For the past 19 years she has worked in the Human Resources Department of the County of Bruce.

Sutton's alternate career as a speaker started with requests to speak to a variety of audiences about the four generations in the workplace. 

She has spoken to a number of groups on the subject, with varying focuses.  She also speaks on other topics, and facilitates workshops on communications styles.
