Highway 21, between Kincardine and Port Elgin, was closed Saturday morning at 6:40 a.m., due to heavy drifting snow and nil visibility.

Concession 12 (Bruce Township, from Highway 21 to Bruce Greenock Line was closed Saturday morning at 6 a.m., due to high wind, blowing snow, and poor to nil visibility. South Bruce OPP report there are also hydro lines down along that section of road.
